The obligation to provide certifications (electrical, gas and pest) under clause 7.9 of each Club lease has been well flagged over the past year.
The original due date under the lease was 30 June 2019.
In June NPWS extended that date to 30 November 2019, which remains the due date.
As of yesterday (31 October 2019) NPWS advised SLOPES that only 46% of Clubs had complied so far.
