Your feedback is important to SLOPES and the work it does on behalf of our 88 member Clubs in the Perisher Range Resorts of Perisher Valley, Smiggin Holes and Guthega.

There are 14 questions. They should take only about 5 to 10 minutes to answer.

The questions about your Club seek your views as to your Club's situation and should not require extensive searching of past records.

You are not required to identify your Club unless you wish to do so. Accordingly, responses will be anonymous unless you elect otherwise.
